Due to the frequent changes and the fact that i hate it, my blog is currently under construction
i think i have decided to stick with this title though.  If its absolutely horrid or if you have a better idea, you should probably let me know, so i dont continue to look like a fool.

I am always finding stuff on pinterest and i tell myself that ill do it, but i never do.  today though, i found this recipe and it looked so dang good, i couldn't not do it.  plus smoothies are one of my weaknesses

Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie

1 can of lemonade concentrate

1 1/2 cups of frozen raspberries

1 tray of ice

1 can of water

1. add the concentrate, water and raspberries
2. blend
3. add ice and blend again

*what i did is added more raspberries because i like mine a little sweeter, so i ended up adding about 2 cups raspberry, i also only added 3/4 cups of water.   You can add as much or as little ice cubes as you want, i added way more ice because i like my smoothies thick.
